\nIn the third field, you must enter your surname only in English.
\nIn the fourth field, you must enter your personal email, such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc.. to which your configured university email will be sent.
\nIn the fifth field, you must enter the college you belong to.
\nIn the sixth field, you must enter the type of adjective.
\nIn the seventh field, the registration number must be entered in the case of a student, and in the case of a faculty member, employee, or teaching assistant, the personal identification number must be entered, for example, the passport number or the identity card number.
\nIn the eighth field, you must enter the phone number.<\/p>\n

Your university e-mail is sent to your personal e-mail sent from the \u201cConfigure University E-Mail\u201d form, for example: GMAIL or YAHOO.
