• Suggest quality standards related to higher education, present them for
  accreditation and follow them up.
• Suggest performance standards and quality control for higher education
  components including university faculty members, curricula, laboratories,
  university buildings, university education management, and evaluation processes.
• Supervise the exchange of information with specialized regional and international
  bodies, comparing the standards applied in their universities and faculties with
  those applied in the university and faculties.
• Suggest the development of work procedures, rules, and guides to develop
  performance and guarantee the quality of higher education.
• Conduct and take part in surveys so that the outcomes of higher education meet the
  needs of the labor market, and make recommendations in this regard.
• Prepare periodic and annual follow-up reports on the office activities.
