organizational divisions,General Registrar Office manages the educational affairs of the university students by directly supervising the academic system, monitoring the application of study and examinations systems, conducting supervision and guidance and coordination of all its including the following :

Office of Admission, Enrollment and Examination

 Functions :
1- Enroll new students and prepare their data records and annual disclosures.
2- Prepare disaggregated statistics on the number of enrolled students regarding gender, nationality, years of study, division of specialization and place of residence.
3- Prepare statistics and compile a university manual on alumni.
4- Prepare statistics on non-regular students.
5- Enroll expatriate students, follow up on their affairs and prepare detailed statistics and reports.

Student Housing Office

Functions :
1- Equip and prepare student accommodation to create a comfortable environment and help foster students' brilliance and creativity maintaining this environment throughout the academic year. Also provide useful suggestions in this regard.
2- Follow up on maintenance in the dormitories and alert to faults and malfunctioning sites to have them repaired by the competent authority of the university.
3- Accommodate students in accordance with the conditions of admission.
4- Superintend students' activities in their dormitories in coordination with the university's Office of Student Activities.
5- Inspect the dormitory workers' commitment to performing their jobs in compliance with the prescribed rules.
6- Provide useful suggestions to improve the qualities, varieties, quantities, and conditions of subsistence in accordance with the standard specifications.
7- Supervise and inspect the university restaurants, food pantries, and the preparation of meals by ensuring the availability of hygiene conditions.
8- Follow up on the work of relevant committees, monitor the implementation of requirements, and submit reports and proposals for improvement.

Educational Aids Office

Functions:
1- Plan and produce educational aids at the university.
2- Oversee the rooms determined for use and presentation of the aids.
3- Assist faculty members in preparing research papers to participate in conferences.
4- Provide visual aids such as video projectors, screens…etc.
5- Provide scientific and documentary audiovisuals, CDs, and DVDs related to the fields
of the academic departments.
7. Assist postgraduates in preparing, printing and appropriate output of their theses.

Social Service Office

Functions:
1- Monitor, research, and analyse different phenomena within the university and their
impact on the educational process; and make related recommendations.
2- Compile information through questionnaires and other scientific research tools to
identify, analyse and make recommendations on behaviour trends and patterns.
3- Participate in the preparation of research studies on methods of dealing with
irregular social distractions and phenomena at the university.
4- Provide individuals in need with social services.
5- Make recommendations to foster relations among faculty members, employees and
students at different levels.
6- Provide advice to the university community, understand their problems, and offer
related assistance.
7- Plan social service programmes and methods of implementation within university
educational institutions.
8- Periodically report on the field of specialization. .

Mission :

Cooperate with the registrars of the faculties and the departments of study and examinations for the application of the academic regulations.

Objectives : 

1- Implement educational regulations to improve educational outcomes.
2- Work to provide university outcomes according to the requirements of the society.
3- Improve performance quality via using a computerized study and examinations system.
4- Adopt a unified system for the study and examinations departments among the various faculties.
5- Provide appropriate dormitories with amenities for the students to raise the level of educational attainment.
6- Support offices of student activities to hone students’ skills and hobbies.
7- Implement a computerized study and examinations system for the faculties and the General Registrar Office to oversee and enhance performance.
