- Establish an electronic system to follow up on administrative and financial procedures at the university.
Operational Plans Follow up
- Follow up the operational plans of the academic and administrative units for the academic year.
- Propose annual plans for the university and set plans for implementation.
- Observe and report the university technical bodies on the implementation of projects, determine the extent of their commitment to the terms of implementation.
- Follow up on the work of the committees assigned for specific tasks at the university and evaluate the extent of their achievements of work.
- Follow up on the integrity of the administrative procedures at the university, identify deficiencies, and make amendment suggestions.
- Follow up on the implementation of resolutions issued by the Rector.
