Notes to note : 

In the first field, you must enter the quadratic name in Arabic.
In the second field, you must enter your first name only in English.
In the third field, you must enter your surname only in English.
In the fourth field, you must enter your personal email, such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc.. to which your configured university email will be sent.
In the fifth field, you must enter the college you belong to.
In the sixth field, you must enter the type of adjective.
In the seventh field, the registration number must be entered in the case of a student, and in the case of a faculty member, employee, or teaching assistant, the personal identification number must be entered, for example, the passport number or the identity card number.
In the eighth field, you must enter the phone number.

important note :

Your university e-mail is sent to your personal e-mail sent from the “Configure University E-Mail” form, for example: GMAIL or YAHOO.
You can change the password yourself via your registered phone number or your registered e-mail also in the event that they are registered in the “Recovery Information” or else refer to the site manager or register the recovery information.
